Types of Cloud Computing – Martod

There are three types of cloud computing. These are Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service. Infrastructure as a Service is the initial. It provides basic elements to cloud ITas well as network computers and storage space. This kind of service has the highest level of flexibility. Platform as a service (Paas) will eliminate the need for companies to manage the infrastructure. Software as a Service (Saas) is a service that will be run and managed by the company providing the services. IaaS can help companies control computing, networking and storage without needing physical management. PaaS, provides developers with an infrastructure to create custom applications, while SaaS gives internet-enabled software access to organizations via using a third-party. The disadvantage of IaaS is that because IaaS features a multi-tenant design, there are data security concerns that come with it. The users may not be in a position to access their data if the vendor goes down within IaaS.
